FAQWhat is a digital time capsule?
A digital time capsule is a sealed collection of letters, photos and files that stays locked until a future date you choose. On that date it opens automatically and the contents become available to view and download.
Is Eonro free?
Yes — you can create and seal a capsule for free, with a seal of up to 5 years. Paid tiers unlock longer seal periods (up to 100 years), more recipients and more storage.
How far into the future can I seal a capsule?
From a few hours to 100 years, depending on your tier: up to 5 years on Free, 30 years on Stone and 100 years on Vault.
What can I put inside a capsule?
A written message plus files such as photographs, scanned letters and voice memos. They are returned in the same form you left them in.
What happens when a capsule opens?
On the unlock date the capsule opens by itself and everyone you listed as a recipient receives an email with a link to view it. No reminders to set, nothing to check.
Can I open or edit a capsule early?
No. Once a capsule is sealed it can no longer be edited, and its contents stay hidden until the unlock date — that is the whole point.
